Saving a C/I Analysis Sheet
After completing work on a C/I Analysis spreadsheet, it should be saved using the standard Excel
"File... Save As..." menu options.
In saving C/I Analysis spreadsheets a number of points should be borne in mind:
- you should avoid saving over the top of the "master" C/I sheet which is 'C-I
Interference Analysis Tool.xls' located in the C-I subdirectory found in the Sat-Coord directory
(this is by default C:/Program Files/Sat-Coord/C-I/);
- instead you should save your work under appropriate filenames and using appropriate folders;
there is no requirement to maintain the default name 'C-I Interference Analysis Tool.xls';
- the copy-protection scheme used to control Sat-Coord licensing requires that the C/I
spreadsheet details are hidden when it is saved under a different name; when this happens a
button is shown that needs to be clicked to restore viewing of the contents of the spreadsheet.
