In order to correctly paste the MSMI output into the C/I Interference Analysis Tool, you need to paste the data from the wanted network and the interfering network separately.
Click on the following links to jump to that section:
Firstly open the MSMI output for the wanted network.

Switch back to the MSMI output and change the direction filter box to 'Downlink'
Again select the same data range - the columns from column 'I' to column 'S' ensuring you select all of the available data in these columns.
Click on the menu item 'Edit' and then 'Copy' ensuring that the correct data range remains selected (or right click the mouse pointer and select 'Copy')
Switch the to C/I Interference Analysis workbook and click on the 'Downlink Analysis' sheet.
Again select cell T6 and then click on the menu item 'Edit' and then 'Paste Special' (or right click the mouse pointer and select 'Paste Special')
Again select the box 'Values' under the Paste heading and check the 'Transpose' box.
You have now completed the wanted network MSMI pasting. You can now save this sheet as a 'master sheet' for the wanted network. You can then re-use this sheet whenever you want to perform C/I calculations against this network.
Next we need to repeat the process, but this time for the interfering network. Close the MSMI for the wanted network and open the MSMI for the interfering network.
Repeat the process detailed above, but this time we need to paste the data into a different part of the sheet.
Copy the Uplink data from the MSMI using the instructions detailed above, and then click on the 'Uplink Analysis' Sheet in the C/I Interference workbook.
Select cell B24 and then click on the menu item 'Edit' and then 'Paste Special' (or right click the mouse pointer and select 'Paste Special')

Select the box 'Values' under the Paste heading. This time you do not need to transpose the data.

Copy the Downlink data from the MSMI using the instructions detailed above, and then click on the 'Downlink Analysis' Sheet in the C/I Interference workbook.
Again select cell B24 and then click on the menu item 'Edit' and then 'Paste Special' (or right click the mouse pointer and select 'Paste Special')
Again select the box 'Values' under the Paste heading. Again, you do not need to transpose the data.
You have now completed the interfering network MSMI pasting.
