The C/I Interference Analysis Tool master template is a file named 'C-I Interference Analysis Tool.xlt' which is placed in your MS Office templates folder during the Sat-Coord install process.
This folder is normally:
C:\os\Profiles\user_name\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
where os is the operating system folder — for example, Windows, and user_name is the name under which you logged onto your operating system.
or:
C:\Documents and Settings\user_name\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
In the event that the Sat-Coord install has not been able to save the template correctly (e.g. because your Windows and/or Excel are not installed into the standard folders) you may not see the C/I Tool template when trying to create a new analysis.
In this case you can create the template manually using the following procedure:

Excel will automatically select the correct folder in which to save the template, so simply accept the save location offered by Excel and click on "Save".

In the unlikely event that the master C/I spreadsheet file 'C-I Interference Analysis Tool.xls' located in the C-I subdirectory found in the Sat-Coord directory (this is by default C:/Program Files/Sat-Coord/C-I/) becomes deleted, corrupted or overwritten it can be replaced by one of the following methods:
Even if you have the CD it is recommended to check the website download area in order to be sure that you are installing the most up-to-date version of the C/I Analysis tool.
