The C/I Interference Analysis Tool calculates C/I and Margin values for any input set of carriers. These carriers and other necessary values can be input manually or retrieved from the database browsing part of Sat-Coord. The easiest method however is using the MSMI feature of Sat-Coord. The carriers identified above and the network parameters can then be input into the C/I Interference Analysis Tool. This allows us to calculate C/N, C/I and margin values based on the carrier data. Below the results of the uplink analysis is shown:

Items which are red indicate negative margin, and these areas can be worked on in a coordination meeting to try and solve the problems found. Parameters can be changed and recalculation is completed real-time allowing for solutions to be found quickly.
