When Sat-Coord is run for the first time, there are no database files associated with SatQuery (the database interrogation part of Sat-Coord). You will be prompted to add some. It is recommended that you allow SatQuery to scan your hard drive for compatible database files. If you wish to manually add database files, you can do so by using the add database command.
Once this is done, Sat-Coord is loaded, and the screen should like something like the following:

Note: You can click on the screenshot to receive help on a particular part of the screen.
The main SatQuery window is made up of the Output Pane on the left hand side, and the Search Pane on the right hand side.
The Output Pane holds database and search output, which the search pane holds all of the potential searches you can run.
A search is performed by first clicking on either a database, or previous search output in the Output Pane and then double clicking on a search in the searches pane. In the above screenshot the 'Notification Reason' search has been performed on the SRS database selected. This has retrieved all of the potential values for 'Notification Reason' in the SRS database.
You can now either perform a new search on the database, or select one of the search outputs and perform a new search from there. For example, if you selected the 'C' search output and then performed another search you would only see results which matched 'Notification Reason = C'.
